On Friday 12th July, SPS Eastbourne held their annual golf day at Dale Hill Golf Club. The day consisted of bacon rolls and coffee on arrival, 18 holes with buggies and food with a prize-giving at the end.
The golf was won on the day by Noel who won with 39 points on a scorching day. Runner-up was Andy Grice with 37 points on countback with John.
The prize for nearest to the pin went to Kev Dunlop who somehow won with a shocking shot that only made it onto the green by an inch!
Noel cleaned up by winning the longest drive, another trophy to add to his collection!
We then enjoyed food on the balcony in the beautiful sunshine with a few cold beers and the prize presentations which wrapped up a lovely day.
SPS would like to thank Dan from Beneath Heat, Richard from Glowworm Boilers and the guys at DAB pumps for contributing to a wonderful day. We are looking forward to doing it all again next year!
