Before placing your order with Sussex Plumbing Supplies we are required to make you aware of our terms and conditions. Please read carefully below and if you have any questions or need clarification on any points please ask a member of showroom staff.
Dimensions of products should be checked for suitability before ordering. Once ordered, products can often not be cancelled or returned.
Before placing your order with Sussex Plumbing Supplies please double check that the products you are ordering are suitable for installation. If you have any doubts contact your installer.
Made to order items such as fitted & modular furniture, bespoke glass and special finish radiators cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered. The member of staff you deal with will make you aware of which items are made to order before taking payment.
The majority of our suppliers will accept returns but restocking charges apply. These are at our supplier’s discretion and can be up to 50% of the value of the product. Sussex Plumbing Supplies do not profit in any way from returns; we will only pass on the costs which are incurred to us.
Any products which are outside of their original packaging cannot be returned under any circumstance. We advise you keep hold of packaging until you know you are happy with the products.
If you would like a specific suppliers returns policy please ask a member of staff and they will be happy to provide it.
Any damages to items ordered with Sussex Plumbing Supplies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Once this time passes it may mean our suppliers refuse return so please inspect all items within this time and notify a member of showroom staff if you find any damages.
Once fitted, any damaged products cannot be considered for return so please check all products before installation.
Our staff will make you aware of any items which are out of stock and to follow your initial delivery/collection but any shortages after that must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.
