We hope everyone is staying safe at this difficult time.

Over the last few weeks, a number of questions have repeatedly been asked so we thought it would be handy to answer them all in one place for everyone.

ARE THE SPS TRADE COUNTERS STILL OPEN?
Yes, we are open on weekdays between 7:30am -12:00pm on a strict one in one out basis for emergency supplies for our trade customers only.

ARE THE SPS SHOWROOMS STILL OPEN?
No, they are closed until further notice, but you can still contact our retail manager Dale Vinall via email or visit this link for bathroom ideas or pass on this link to your customers to download our Bathroom Self Measurement Guide

ARE SPS STILL DOING DELIVERIES?
No, we are not doing any deliveries until further notice. Some manufacturers are still delivering direct to sites that are safe. Please contact your local branch between 7:30am – 12:00pm or out of hours on the details below to find out more.

HOW CAN I PAY MY ACCOUNT OR ASK AN ACCOUNT QUESTION?
You can pay by BACS (our preferred method – bank details available upon request) or by card, in branch or over the phone between 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday on 01323 647520 to speak to Glenn or by calling Matt, Andy or Sean on the phone numbers above.
Important note: We are still expecting all account payments to be on time as we are not receiving any special terms from our suppliers. We therefore expect payment in full as per our terms and conditions. This allows us to continue to open daily and provide emergency products that our trade customers require.

ARE WE RECEIVING DELIVERIES INTO THE BRANCHES FROM SUPPLIERS?
We are receiving spares daily and can get hold of some products from certain suppliers. We are also moving emergency stock around the branches when it is safe to do so but only between the hours of 7:30am- 12:00pm.

OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
The opening of new accounts is currently suspended until further notice but if you are a trade customer you can still purchase emergency products from us using your credit or debit card.
